'I'm French, studied topology and algebric goemetry and became a teacher of mathematics in Lebanon. I began tessellations five years ago when I made a rubic's cube with a tessellation on its faces: I have now drawn about 200 tiles but now use photographs in my work'.
Dominique adds: In topology there are 19 families of plane tessellations (17 from the algebric point of view) and I made tilings for them all with figurines of the same style for groups with only reflections
