Real Tilings
As part of
the revival of Whitehaven the W3M charity have installed these tessellations
on the sea front of the old Port, in Cumbria, England.The lobster tessellation
marks the start of the Coast to Coast cycle path.

The hexagonal
tiles of coloured art concrete with lines inset in stainless steel have been
made by Jack Doyle and Andrew Crompton, the project architects are BDP Manchester.
